Is it safe to ride a motorbike in Vietnam?
Riding motorbike in Vietnam is actually really safe. Despite the chaotic riding conditions, accidents are actually quite rare as people ride quite slowly. In Vietnam, local people always avoid each other. That is why if you cross the street, the motorbikes will go beside you instead.
Will I allow to ride your motorbikes?
Sadly No. For your safety and liability reasons, we cannot permit you to ride the motorbikes in our tour.
Are we allow to hug or hold onto our riders?
We understand that you are worry about riding motorbikes in this chaotic traffic. However, our guide will show you how to be stable in the motorbike. For those reason, touching is not necessary at all.
What happens if it rains before/during our tour?
In Vietnam, rain is quite common.
However it usually does not last for long long. If it rains very heavily, we will pull over and wait for it to stop and then continue. If it is a light rain, we will put on our rain ponchos and continue the tour. If it does begin to rain and you don’t wish to continue with the tour, we will happily return you to your hotel and only charge you for the stops that we have passed.
Is street food safe to eat?
Trying many food from different countries you always run the risk having a bad reaction to the food. Vietnam is no exception and unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will not get sick from the food on our tours. We deeply understand about it, and that is the reason why every single stop that you stop in this food tours was carefully checked by us to ensure that the food are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
Can I take your tour if I have allergies?
Vietnam food is varieties, so don’t worry much about it. Please talk to us clearly about your allergies and we will customize the food tours which fit to you. If we still cannot accommodate you on this. Please choose other option like “A deep touch in local life”
Are your tour kid friendly?
They love the tour! We have not seen a child who has ever seemed disappointed on any of our tours. We think that we can offer possibly the best thing to do as a family trip in Vietnam. Children can often get bored pretty easily on a regular tour on a bus. Put them on the back of a motorbike, there is nothing boring about that to anyone no matter the age.
What should I wear & bring on the tours?
Shorts and t-shirts are ideal or light pants are also suitable. A camera is always a good addition however we urge you not to take pictures while on the motorbike as this can be quite dangerous. If you wish to take pictures, please ask your guides to pull over. Also please take extra care of your camera in order to avoid theft.
What is the maximum group size for the tour?
Do you offer pick up and drop off from our hotel/apartment?
Yes, We offer pick up and drop off you at your hotel at the departure time of the tour. Hotels in district 1, 3, 4, 5 are fine for us. If you stay in hotels in different districts, the drivers will meet you District 1 (For example: Post Office), you can easily take any kinds of taxis included Grab, our riders will wait for you at the pickup point then start the tour.
How far ahead of time do I need to book a tour?
We usually welcome last minutes booking (subjects to the availability). However, to secure your booking, please make it before 12:00PM on the day that you want to have wonderful experiences with us.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Vietnam Dong and US dollars on the day of your tour. You can also send us your payment through Paypal.
What is your cancellation policy?
+ 7 to 4 days prior to the arrival: 20% charge of total cost.
+ 4 to 2 days prior to the arrival: 50% charge of total cost.
+ 1 day prior to the arrival: 100% charge of total cost.
